Cancellations

Returns

We accept returns on most products within 14 days of receipt. Here’s what you need to know:

How to Make a Return

  2. Return Authorization: We will provide you with a return authorization number (RAN) and instructions on where to send your return.
  3. Ship Your Return: Pack your unused and unopened item(s) securely in the original packaging and include the RAN with your shipment.
  4. Return Confirmation: Once we receive and inspect your return, we will send you an email confirmation.
  5. Refunds: If your return is approved, you will receive a full refund to your original payment method within a certain number of business days.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund after a reasonable timeframe, please follow these steps:

  3. Contact your bank.
